Motor power alone is not enough to select a pump. Alongside the nominal duty point, describe flow variation, suction conditions, temperature and operating hours. Viscosity, abrasive solids and chemical composition can affect the hydraulic design, materials and seal arrangement. When replacing an existing pump, include nameplate details and connection dimensions: the same nominal connection size does not establish interchangeability.
For a new pump, describe the application and duty point. For a replacement, also email a nameplate photograph. Availability, technical scope and lead time are checked for the specific configuration.
